We are looking to appoint a Graduate Trainee Estates Surveyor to work in the Property Services team who will assist in all aspects of managing the Councils mixed property portfolio. The post holder will deal with a variety of property issues including licenses, rent reviews and lease renewals of land and buildings and will assist with management, valuations, acquisitions and disposals of property.
Candidates should hold an appropriate degree, or equivalent, that will lead to a professional qualification (RICS) support will be given towards APC.
Applicants should possess good IT, communications and customer service skills.
