We are currently seeking to recruit a hard-working, motivated individual to work as a Civil Enforcement Officer, based at our Bracknell Contract.

 As a Civil Enforcement Officer, you will be responsible for enforcing the On and Off-Street Parking Regulations for the contract and for issuing Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) to contravening vehicles where necessary.

 You will need to possess good literacy and interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with members of the public daily and recording information regarding the area patrolled and issuing PCNs.  You will also need to be able to use your initiative, work with minimum supervision and able to follow procedures and guidelines. You will also need the ability to problem solving in stressful situations.

A full driving licence is essential

 Reporting to the Supervisor, working hours are 48 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, 5 days per week on a varied shift rota including early and late shifts including some bank holidays Full training and uniform will be provided.
