Are you a well organised personal assistant?  Would you like to become part of the Delivery Directorate supporting the Executive Director responsible for Contracts, IT, Legal, Democratic Services and Property Services.

The Delivery Directorate encompasses our Contracts, IT, Legal, Democratic Services and Property Services Teams within a Local Government setting.

You will be supported to carry out the following duties, responsibilities and training...

Providing excellent administrative support to the Executive Director and their team, primarily virtually due to the current working directives from central Government but in the future hopefully being able to work in the office as required.  It is essential that you have good communication and diplomacy skills and the ability to work in a highly confidential environment, using your integrity and emotional intelligence.  Ideally a good team player but able to work well on their own and with groups of peers.

What we're looking for...

Are you a well organised, confidential support assistant?  We are looking for someone with a professional, flexible attitude to working at all times with a “can-do” approach.  Knowledge of the local political makeup an advantage.  Ideally you will have experience working on a 1:1 basis.
