The Berkshire Emergency Duty Service (hosted by Bracknell Forest Council) is a unique service providing out of hours emergency social care for the whole of Berkshire. • To undertake and fulfil all statutory duties under the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Pan Berkshire Adult Safeguarding Procedures and such other legislations that may be appropriate to work with vulnerable adults.
• You will also be required to have a good understanding and working knowledge of Children legislation with associated sound care management skills.
• To work innovatively and proactively for an excellent out of hours social care service.
• You will receive the 18 hours legal update training and other training and learning opportunities
• Quarterly AMHP group supervision led by a well-known and recognised author and Mental Health CQC Inspector
• Reflective Peer Group Supervision
