Housing Management Assistant (12-month fixed-term contract)

Key responsibilities...
- Provide proactive support to the accommodation team and housing management officers with daily aspects for customer service and temporary accommodation.
- Work directly with PRS Acquisition and Move-on Officers with the administration around external accommodation provision.
- Supporting households to raise and report issues whilst in temporary accommodation such as repairs or change in circumstances.
- Work with partners, landlord and accommodation providers to obtain property compliance and standards information.
- Work directly within the housing management team responsible for temporary accommodation to provide administrative support with procurement of accommodation at short notice.
- Provide a first point of call service with incoming and outgoing telephone duties.
