Family Hub Administrator (maternity cover up to 3 months fixed term contract)

About the team…
We are a dedicated and fast-paced team working across four Family Hubs and a Youth Hub. We collaborate closely with schools, Children's Social Care, health services and the Third Sector, to contribute to the best outcomes for children, young people and their families.
Key responsibilities…
- To provide a well organised and efficient business support to the service.
- To provide frontline reception cover within the Family Hubs and Youth Hub.
- To support users of the Family and Youth Hubs and signpost them to other professionals or agencies when required.
- To maintain the accuracy of office and council systems including data input, minute taking and financial records.
- To ensure services are advertised, promoted and updated through digital means.
- To be part of the service’s duty system which includes responding to telephone calls, online and in-person enquiries.
