Senior Social Worker - CTPLD (maternity cover 12 months fixed term contract)
We have a great opportunity for a Senior Social Worker on a full time basis, the role is for 12 months fixed-term or secondment for maternity cover.

We are looking for a qualified Senior Social Worker to join our Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities (CTPLD) and Autism.
As a Senior Social Worker, you will have drive and enthusiasm to work collaboratively with individuals, families and other professionals.
You will be Social Work England registered.

Our Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities (CTPLD) and Autism is a supportive and collaborative team built on compassion, inclusion and excellence.
The CTPLD and Autism is a great team to work in with a shared ethos, mutually supportive and a positive team dynamic. We work with others across the service to draw on specialist knowledge and support.

Key responsibilities...
Responsible for supervising team members and the opportunity to be involved in various projects. As a valued member of the team, you will also form part of the management team for CTPLD/Autism.
You will hold a case load of people with Learning Disabilities and Autism and will be required to fulfil statutory duties on behalf of the service.
The post involves assessment, support planning and review, direct work with people who have a Learning Disability and or Autism as well as general case management duties.
You will be provided with a laptop and a mobile phone to enable remote working.
