About you…

You are a committed and compassionate social worker who understands that whilst social work can be challenging, it is also deeply rewarding. You value a supportive environment where your well-being, development, and professional growth are genuinely prioritised. You believe in reflective practice, thrive in collaborative settings, and are open to learning from peers and leaders alike.

We provide children, young people and families with the right service at the right time.  Put simply, we change lives for the better.

About the team…

Family Placement is a small, close-knit team within Children’s Social Care that is built on strong peer support and shared values. We know social work is not always easy, which is why we are committed to creating a supportive, resilient, and inclusive environment.

The role will enable you to continually develop your skills and knowledge, as well as contribute to the ongoing improvement of the services and support we deliver.
